Brian Marki Fine Art Hosts Print Show in February

Kirsten Francis draws on images from mythology and fairytales and combines them with personal experience to create masterful reduction woodblock prints with a rich, graphic narrative. Annie Meyer’s painterly monoprints of minimal landscapes exude, as the artist describes, “an abstract sense of time and space.” Bill Schlegel also works in monotype, but with an expressionistic figurative style influenced by the Bay Area Figurative artists and German Expressionism.
